My journey in estate agency began at 15 during a work experience placement, where I quickly discovered my passion for property, people, and marketing. What started as a Saturday role grew into a lifelong career path — one that I’ve dedicated myself to ever since.
With over six years of experience across a range of agencies, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the industry, built strong relationships, and taken pride in delivering honest, proactive, and results-driven service. I’m passionate about traditional estate agency methods and I believe in marketing homes to the highest standard while providing transparent advice every step of the way.
Meeting new people, valuing trust, and helping clients achieve their dream move is what drives me. My goal is to break the mould of the typical estate agent and leave behind a legacy — one that redefines the reputation of estate agency through integrity, passion, and long-lasting relationships.
Lee Kennedy
Senior Lettings Consultant
Lee has recently joined Griffin and will be overseeing the lettings portfolio in Havering. Having worked across Essex and East London for over 17 years, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge with him and is also qualified under the SafeAgent accreditation scheme.
Outside of work, Lee is a devoted father to two children, a keen gym goer and has a strong passion for football

MANAGING DIRECTOR (CHAIRMAN OF GRIFFIN FOUNDATION TRUST)
Alan started the Griffin Group with our Grays office in June 2006 and with his guidance has expanded rapidly to become the largest independent estate agency in Thurrock. In 2021 Alan launched an expansion into Havering with another four offices added to the Group.
Alan is a West Ham season ticket holder and is a passionate angler taking regular trips to France to his lake in Etang Des Flores.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Brooke joined the Griffin Group in July 2015 and has covered many roles in sales and lettings which provides her with a great experience for her current responsibilities as the PA to the Managing Director Alan Webb.
In her spare time, you will find her at the gym as she enjoys keeping fit.

Ashley has been with the Griffin Group since 2003, from Saturday boy to General Manager, his experience in buying, selling, renting and lettings is second to none.
In his spare time, he loves spending time with friends & family and is a passionate Chelsea & Formula 1 fan.
