1. The Firm must not, without the FCA’s prior written consent, carry on any regulated activity. 2. Within 5 working days of the Effective Date, the Firm must submit an application to vary its Part 4A permission by removing the following regulated activities: Credit Broking; Debt Adjusting; Debt-Counselling; Agreeing to carry on a regulated activity. The Firm must make the application in accordance with the relevant directions and guidance in the FCA Handbook using the FCA’s online notification and application system (CONNECT). The Firm must notify FCA Supervision as soon as the application has been submitted. 3. Within 5 working days of the Effective Date, the Firm must ensure that a notice setting out the terms and effect of these Requirements is published in a prominent place on all of its websites, mobile applications and social media pages including but not limited to www.aigvehiclesltd.com. The Firm must submit a draft of the required notice to the FCA for approval prior to publishing it. 4. The Firm must secure and preserve all records and information (physical or electronic) it holds, in the original form or a copy which can be proved to be identical to the original form. These must be retained in a form and at a location within the United Kingdom, to be notified to the FCA within 5 working days of the Effective Date, such that they can be provided promptly to the FCA upon its request. 5. The Firm must provide written confirmation to the FCA that it is in compliance with these Requirements within 6 working days of the Effective Date and on a monthly basis thereafter.
