  Limitation of responsibility for Alpha Investment Office Limited: 1. Alpha Investment Office Limited FRN 1019537 (Alpha) is required to abide by a deed poll executed by it dated 29/05/2025 in relation to certain clients and past business of TPIO Ltd (FRN835577) (“TPIO”) (the “Deed Poll”) attributed to Stefano del Federico (IRN SXD01663), under which Alpha has accepted liability and responsibility in relation to certain regulated activities and services carried on by TPIO. The full detail of such acceptance of liability and responsibility by Alpha is set out in the Deed Poll. 2. Alpha will not onboard or otherwise advise any additional clients currently or formerly advised by TPIO Ltd (FRN 835577) (namely, any other clients of TPIO Ltd other than those set out in the Deed Poll) (the Additional Client(s)) without the Authority's prior written consent. 3. Alpha will, if the Authority gives such prior written consent, amend the Deed Poll to include the names and details of all Additional Client(s) to those set out in the schedule to the original Deed Poll. The amended Deed Poll must be re-executed prior to the Firm engaging in any business with or for such Additional Client(s). 4. Alpha will notify the FCA if Alpha intends to engage or employ the services of any current or former adviser / director of TPIO in any capacity (including, without limitation, as an employee, director, consultant or through any agency or other relationship). This includes referring / introducing business to and from the individuals captured under this Requirement.
