On 20 April 2021, the FCA imposed a public censure on Alsford Page & Gems Limited and Alsford Page & Gems Limited agreed to pay voluntary restitution of £399,902. The reason for this action is because Alsford Page & Gems Limited breached Principles 3 (management and control) and 6 (customers’ interests) between 1 February 2013 and 21 March 2016. As a consequence of this action, Alsford Page & Gems Limited was publicly censured and agreed to pay restitution to affected customers via a restitution programme it will administer. The FCA’s action took effect on 20 April 2021 and a copy of the Final Notice is displayed on the FCA's web site.
