    AXA Assistance (U.K.) Limited (the “Firm”) applies under section 55L(5)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) for the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) to impose the following requirement (the “Requirement”) on the Part 4A permission of the Firm as set out in the terms below. Requirement 1. The Firm will provide information and support in response to any reasonable requests it receives from the Insurance Partner, relating to the Product Reviews, as soon as reasonably possible. Effective Date 2. The Requirement in this application is to take immediate effect on its acceptance by the FCA and notification of such to the Firm by email. 3. The Requirement will remain in force until varied or cancelled by the FCA (either on application of the Firm or of the FCA’s own volition). Publication 4. The Requirement will be published by the FCA on the Firm’s entry on the Financial Services Register. Definitions and interpretation 5. In this application: a. “Insurance Partner” means Inter Partner Assistance SA (FRN 202664). b. “Product Reviews” means the fair value assessment of products and has the same meaning as the backward-looking reviews, and are reviews being undertaken by the Firm or its agents.
