1. The Firm must cease publishing all financial promotions until these Requirements have been lifted by the Authority. 2. The Firm must withdraw all active financial promotions (including, but not limited to, websites, social media content, banner advertisements, and Google advertisements) within 24 hours of this application being accepted by the Authority. The Firm must notify the Authority once this requirement has been complied with. 3. The Firm must ensure that existing customers can still access their online accounts (if applicable) and have appropriate contact details available online. 4. The Firm must ensure that the FCA register is an accurate reflection of all its trading names. The Firm must notify the Authority of any changes within 24 hours of this application being accepted by the Authority.
