Voluntary Application For The Imposition Of A Requirement To Be Imposed On Belle Financial Services Limited’s PART 4A PERMISSION
Under section 55 L (5)(a) of FSMA, the following requirements are to be imposed on the Firm’s Part IV Permission with immediate effect: 1. The Firm will not, without the FCA’s prior written consent, issue its shares to any current or former director or shareholder of Meyado Private Wealth Management London LTD (FRN Reference number: 442632), and the Firm must inform the FCA immediately if it becomes aware that any of them has acquired shares in the Firm. This requirement does not remove the obligation on the Firm to notify the FCA of changes in close links as required under SUP 11.9 of the FCA Handbook. 2. The Firm will not employ or engage the services of any current or former director or shareholder of Meyado Private Wealth Management London LTD in any capacity (be that employee, director, consultant or through any agency or other relationship), nor enter into any commercial agreement with them, or with any other persons who are controlled by them or act on their behalf.
