Voluntary Undertaking – Restrictions on Payments Activity
With immediate effect, Belyfted Limited (the Firm) undertakes to: a) pay all liabilities owed to relevant payment services users (PSUs) as soon as practicable; b) provide the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with a statement to evidence the payments made under paragraph (a) above to the relevant PSUs from the date of this undertaking; c) contact PSUs in scope of paragraph (a) above and inform them that: i the Firm has ceased providing payment services; ii (unless instructed otherwise by the relevant PSU), payment by the Firm under paragraph (a) above will be made to the same payment account the PSU (or a third party on the PSU’s behalf) used to transfer funds to the Firm; and iii they should contact the Firm if they have any queries; d) refrain from providing payment services as defined in Schedule 1 to the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs); e) Refrain from on-boarding or registering any new payment service users from the date of this undertaking; f) place a statement in a prominent place on its website within 48 hours of signing this undertaking, informing customers that the Firm has ceased providing payment services, and that customers should contact the Firm if they have any queries.
