Limitation of responsibility 1. Bloom Financial Consulting Limited 988707 (Bloom) is required to abide by a deed poll executed by it dated 12/12/2023 in relation to all clients and past business of Vizion Wealth LLP (FRN 565523) (“Vizion”) (the “Deed Poll”) attributed to James Steven Blackham (IRN JSB01251), under which Bloom has accepted liability and responsibility in relation to regulated activities and services carried on by Vizion. The full detail of such acceptance of liability and responsibility by Bloom is set out in the Deed Poll. 2. Bloom will notify the FCA if it becomes aware that any current or former LLP members/partners of Vizion have acquired shares in Bloom. 3. Bloom will notify the FCA if Bloom intends to engage or employ the services of any current or former LLP members/partners of Vizion in any capacity (including, without limitation, as an employee, LLP member/partner, consultant or through any agency or other relationship). This includes referring/introducing business to and from the individuals captured under this Requirement.
