Modifications to definitions are modifications to definitions as they are used, directly or indirectly, in MIFIDPRU or SUP 16.12. 1. MIFIDPRU 2.1.1R(4) is modified as follows: a parent undertaking in the UK or the EEA that is a relevant financial undertaking in an investment firm group. 2. The Firm must ensure that any undertaking located in the EEA complies with any requirement in MIFIDPRU or SUP 16.12 that is expressed to be applicable to it as a result of the modifications in 1. to 4. 6.
