Cityplus Network Ltd (the “Firm”) applies under section 55L(5)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 for the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) to impose the following requirements (the “Requirements”) on the Part 4A permission of the Firm as set out in the terms below. Requirements 1. The Firm must not: a. enter into any new agreement or arrangement with any Appointed Representative or Introducer Appointed Representative without the prior written consent of the FCA; b. conduct any new business through the Appointed Representative FT RICH MUMMY COMPANY LIMITED (FRN: 932349) (“FT Rich Mummy”) without the prior written consent of the FCA. 2. The Firm must take reasonable steps to ensure the removal of all of FT Rich Mummy’s social media posts, in particular (but not limited to) Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and the closure of all of its websites. The Firm must notify the FCA in writing when these reasonable steps have been completed and the outcome of those steps. 3. These Requirements shall take immediate effect on their acceptance by the Authority and notification of such to the Firm by email. These Requirements will remain in force unless and until varied or cancelled by the FCA. 4. These Requirements will be published on the FCA’s Register.
