Activities and protection

What the record covers, and how you are protected

  • The record is closed
Cover you already have generally survives the cancellation: FSCS exists for firms that have failed, and the Financial Ombudsman Service can look at a complaint about a firm that has stopped trading, as long as the business was done while it was authorised. New business with this firm has no cover at all, because it is no longer permitted to carry it out.

Action taken against them

1 change to its permissions in 2026. This is part of the official register record and is worth reviewing before going ahead.

  • Permission varied or cancelled on 29 June 2026
The Authority has cancelled the permission and withdrawn the authorisation of Curley Cars Ltd “the Firm” of 2 Keans Hill Road, Campsie, Londonderry, BT47 3YT, UNITED KINGDOM and 188 Barleyfields, Londonderry, Northern Ireland, BT48 8TQ (registered office address).
