Ether Services Ltd FRN 796761 (“the Firm”) hereby applies, pursuant to regulation 8(c) Payment Services Regulations 2017 (“PSRs”) to the Financial Conduct Authority (“the Authority”) for imposition by the Authority of the following requirements (“the Requirements”). The Requirements The Firm must not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, carry out any payment services for which it is registered by the Authority pursuant to Part 2 PSRs. Those payment services are money remittance, as defined in Schedule 1 PSRs. The Firm must not on-board or register any new payment service users. The Firm must not accept any new funds from customers for the purpose of providing payment services. By 4.00pm on 17 April 2026, the Firm must display, in a prominent place on its website, a notice informing customers that the Firm has ceased providing payment services and of the imposition and effects of these Requirements, and that customers should contact the Firm if they have any queries. The Firm must provide written confirmation to the Authority that it remains in compliance with these Requirements every Friday by 4.00pm until such time as it is notified in writing by the Authority that it may cease to do so.
