Restriction on regulated activities 3.The Firm must not, except with the FCA’s prior written consent, carry on regulated activities, except to the extent necessary to achieve an orderly wind down of its existing funds as at the Effective Date, including activities relating to: a. the oversight and management of existing sanctioned assets; b. compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and c. actions required to facilitate the orderly wind-down of the Firm.
