The FSA's action took effect on 23 March 2010 and a copy of the First Supervisory Notice, which sets out the reason for the action, is displayed on the FSA's web site and can be accessed using the following link: http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/final/darren_kempster.pdf The reason for this action is that the FSA considered it necessary to vary Mr Kempster's permission as he had failed to provide evidence that he held current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
