Appointed representative requirement
With effect from 08 October 2021 Infinity Asset Management LLP may appoint no more than four new appointed representatives annually and an overall maximum of twenty appointed representatives. For these purposes Infinity Asset Management LLP includes the Firm and any other company from time with which the firm is linked by common management, or control, or by substantive direct or indirect holding.
