Inter Partner Assistance SA (the “Firm”) applies under section 55L(5)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) for the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) to impose the following requirements (the “Requirements”) on the Part 4A permission of the Firm as set out in the terms below. Requirements 1. This Voluntary Requirement supersedes and replaces in full the Voluntary Requirement agreed between the Firm and the Financial Conduct Authority on 31 October 2025. 2. The Firm must not, without the FCA’s prior written consent, take any action (whether directly or through another party) that would result in: a. the Firm entering into corporate partnership agreements with new corporate partners operating in the UK; or b. the average of Total Number of In Force Policy Holders over the last 12 months exceeding the Policy Limit. 3. The Firm must provide the FCA with the Total Number of In Force Policy Holders for the month before the preceding month by the 15th of each month (or the next business day if the 15th is not a business day), whilst this VREQ remains in force. 4. The information requested in Clause (3) must be sent to the following email addresses: conduct_axagroup@fca.org.uk and Brendon.Drain@fca.org.uk. Effective Date 5. The Requirements in this application are to take immediate effect on their acceptance by the FCA and notification of such to the Firm by email. 6. The Requirements will remain in force until varied or cancelled by the FCA (either on application of the Firm or of the FCA’s own volition). Publication 7. The Requirements will be published by the FCA on the Firm’s entry on the Financial Services Register. Definitions and interpretation 8. In this application: a. “In Force Policy Holder” means a policy under which the policyholder remains active or in force. b. “Total Number of In Force Policy Holders” means In Force Policy Holders arranged by the Firm as at 11:59pm on the last day of each month. c. “Policy Limit” means 7,593,715 policies (Seven million, five hundred ninety-three thousand, seven hundred fifteen).
