    On 10 February 2022, the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) imposed, pursuant to section 206 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, a financial penalty of £18,022,500 on Julius Baer International Limited for contravening regulatory requirements between 1 March 2007 and 7 July 2014. The FCA’s action took effect on 10 February 2022 and a copy of the Final Notice is displayed on the FCA's web site here https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/final-notices/julius-baer-international-limited-2022.pdf The findings in this notice are those of the Authority and are not the subject of any judicial finding. It includes criticisms of A, B and C, who each received Decision Notices in relation to such criticisms. They referred their Decision Notices to the Upper Tribunal, which issued its decision on  13 June 2023 . It found that none of them acted with a lack of integrity and rejected all of the Authority’s findings to that effect. The Tribunal remitted their Decision Notices to the Authority with a direction to reconsider and reach a decision in accordance with the findings of the Tribunal. The Authority has decided to take no further action against them. The Decision Notices against A, B and C no longer apply.
