Voluntary Undertaking - Cease new business
1. With immediate effect, Lycamoney Financial Services Limited (“Lycamoney” or “the Firm”) undertakes: a. To refrain from providing any of the services it is currently registered to provide under as an Authorised Electronic Money Institution (as that term is defined under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (the “EMRs”)) which includes accepting any new customer funds, providing payment services (as defined in regulation 2(1) of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (the “PSRs”)), or issuing or redeeming E-Money, except where specifically agreed with the Authority; b. To refrain from onboarding any new customers without prior written consent from the Authority; and c. That the Firm’s CEO will provide written confirmation each month to the Authority by 3pm on Fridays (except public holidays) that it is in compliance with this Voluntary Undertaking. The Firm will remain bound by the Voluntary Undertaking until such time as it is notified in writing by the Authority that they cease to apply.
