    Palace Ventures Limited (the “Firm”) applies under section 55L(5)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) for the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) to impose the following requirements (the “Requirements”) on the Part 4A permission of the Firm as set out in the terms below. Restriction on registering Appointed Representatives or Introducer Appointed Representatives 1. With effect from 1 November 2024, the Firm may only appoint a maximum of 10 Appointed Representatives or Introducer Appointed Representatives who may carry out any regulated activities for which it has Part 4A permission. Effective date 2. The Requirement in this application is to take effect immediately on its acceptance by the FCA and notification of such to the Firm by email. 3. The Requirements will remain in force until the following conditions are satisfied: a. the Firm has conducted a satisfactory review of its framework for appointment and oversight of Appointed Representatives and Introducer Appointed Representatives against the requirements of the regulatory system (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the requirements of Chapter 12 of the FCA’s Supervision Manual) and provided a copy of a report setting out the outcome of this review to the FCA; b. the Firm has confirmed to the FCA that any remedial actions identified as necessary by the review carried out pursuant to Paragraph 3(a) of these Requirements have been satisfactorily completed; and c. the FCA has confirmed that the conditions in Paragraph 3(a) and Paragraph 1(b) of these Requirements have been met.
