- Respectability capital management requirement
) The non-profit fund of Windsor Life must be managed to maintain a level of free assets in excess of the Enhanced Capital Requirement at least equal to the amount determined as Respectability Capital, at all times. (2) Respectability Capital means a level of capital over and above the Enhanced Capital Requirement as determined using the methodology as set out in paragraph 7.2 of the Actuarial Function Holder of Windsor Life Assurance Company Limited's Report in respect of the proposed Scheme to transfer the long-term businesses of NM Pensions Limited, NM Life Limited to Windsor Life Assurance, dated 13 September 2007. (3) Windsor Life will not make any material change to the methodology described in (2) above without prior consultation with the FSA. (4) A review of the appropriate level of Respectability Capital will be carried out at least annually, or following any major transaction, or restructuring of the business. (5) The level of Respectability Capital will be a fixed amount that will not vary until the next review. Any material changes to the level of Respectability Capital determined to be necessary following such review must be notified to the FSA. (6) Enhanced Capital Requirement means the amount of Capital Resources that an insurer must hold as set out in GENPRU 2.1.38R -to GENPRU 2.1.39G
