Limits on what they may do

The Firm agreed to a voluntary requirement on 23 March 2026 which states that it must not establish business relationships with, or occasional transactions for, any new high-risk customers.
1. The Firm must not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, establish business relationships with, or occasional transactions for, any new high-risk customers. 2. The Firm must secure and preserve all records and/or information (physical or electronic) relating to customer due diligence from its systems in their original form, or in a copy proved to be identical to the source material. These must be retained in a form and at a location, to be notified to the FCA in writing by 23 March 2026 such that they can be provided to the FCA, or to a person named by the FCA, promptly on its request. 3. The Requirements will stay in effect unless and until varied or cancelled by the FCA (either on the application of the Firm or of the Authority’s own volition), and the Firm has demonstrated to the FCA’s satisfaction that it has addressed the concerns the FCA has communicated to it.
One supervisory condition set by the FCA

The total value of assets under management by the firm must not exceed the relevant threshold as set out in Article 3(2) of AIFMD (as determined under Chapter II, section I of the AIFMD level 2 regulation). In the event that the relevant threshold is breached, the firm must submit an application for authorisation as a Full-scope UK AIFM to the FCA
