The firm should complete the outcomes table provided (Annex 4) with the number and details of the financial promotions withdrawn. 3. The Firm must not register and/or use any Trading names without the prior written consent of the Authority. 4. The Firm must not onboard any Appointed Representative without the prior written consent of the Authority.
