On 25 July 2011, the FSA fined Swift 1st Limited £630,000 as a result of breaches of Principles 3 (Management and control) and 6 (Customer's interests) of the FSA's Principles for Business and Rules 12.3.1R, 12.4.1R, 12.5.1R, 13.3.1R, 13.4.1R and 13.5.1R of the Mortgages and Home Finance: Conduct of Business Sourcebook (MCOB) which occurred in the period between 1 June 2007 and 31 July 2009.
