The reason for this action is that the Firm is failing to satisfy the Suitability Threshold Condition because it failed to pay overdue fees and/or levies owed to the Authority. The Authority’s action took effect on 16 July 2026 and a copy of the Final Notice which sets out the reason for the action, is displayed on the Authority’s website and can be accessed using the following link: https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/final-notices/topups-loans-ltd-2026.pdf As a consequence of this action the Firm is no longer an authorised firm for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“the Act”), and it may not carry on regulated activities which fall within the scope of the Act.”
